ABOUT YANNI ENTERPRISES, INC.

 

Yanni Enterprises, Inc., is a C-corporation formed in Phoenix, AZ, on August 5, 2003, and 100% owned by Ioannis N. Skiotes. The company has all records since its 2003 incorporation. 

Company assets include a Latin concert film WHEN LEGENDS MEET (aka Cuando Las Leynedas Se Juntan) featuring Latin Grammy-Winning El Gran Combo (the Kings of Salsa), and The Godfather of Latin House, Secreto, from mega-hit fame Tumba La Casa.  The concert film contains ten songs, two music videos, performance clips, and interviews.  Two worldwide distribution agreements have been executed, with all rights reverting back to Yanni Enterprises.  The goal now is to sell the rokumentary outright.

A Film Fund selected WISHING ON A STAR for one of their projects with a $12.5M budget.  The stage play version was performed as an exhibition reader’s theater met with tremendous crossover audience approval, substantiating the strength of the story. A national tour of the play will instantly increase the value of the film and provide the company another ancillary revenue stream.



We currently have our AMERICAN CUTIE  screen and stage play on the slate of an LA producer.

 

A Film Fund chose STOLEN LILIES with a $12M budget as a project earmarked for financing.
